The Finance Committee supports the enforcement of the governing documents for Continental Ranch Community Association.

The Finance Committee holds a monthly meeting for the purpose of reviewing monthly reports and other financials issues. This includes budgeting, reviewing monthly reports, delinquency procedures, year end audit report review, reserve study review, banking services, internal audit control reviews, assessment recommendations, new capital items and any other item or task assigned by the Board.
